External calendar integration - You can now connect external calendars (like Google Calendar, Outlook, Asana and more) to HeyOrca via iCal link, giving you a single view of your social schedule alongside any external events you want to plan around

Reports shareable links - You can now generate a view-only link to any report and share it with clients or stakeholders — no HeyOrca account required

Oscar skills – Oscar can now call on specialized skill tools mid-conversation, making AI-powered responses more capable and context-aware

Oscar caption prompts - Oscar's caption prompt suggestion buttons now disappear the moment you start typing your own prompt

Configuring Oscar – You now have granular control over which AI features are active at both the organization and workspace level, covering report summaries, sentiment analysis, and inbox reply suggestions

Demographics in Custom Reports – Instagram demographics data is now available inside Custom Reports, so you can dig deeper into who is a part of your community

Oscar skills – Oscar can now access skill tools during an active conversation, so its responses are more accurate and contextually aware

AI reply suggestion – Post captions are now passed through to Oscar’s reply suggestion feature, so suggestions are actually based on what you wrote

Facebook mentions in posts – You can now paste a Facebook Page URL directly into the post editor and it’ll automatically convert to a tagged mention

Onboarding channel connect – New users can now connect Facebook, Threads, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, and Google Business Profile during signup

Social inbox emoji fix – A bug with the emoji picker in the Social Inbox has been resolved to render emojis correctly for Facebook conversations

Mailchimp post preview – Mailchimp email posts now have a preview inside the content library, so you can review campaigns without leaving HeyOrca!

LinkedIn "Reposts" metric – The "Shares" metric for LinkedIn posts has been renamed to "Reposts" to match LinkedIn's own terminology and make your reporting easier to interpret.

Oscar conversation history – Oscar's thread browser now lets you navigate through your full past conversation history, resume earlier chats, and delete threads you no longer need.

Workspace renaming – "Calendar" has been renamed to "Workspace" throughout HeyOrca — in the navigation, settings, pricing modal, and subscription management — to better reflect how teams use HeyOrca to organize their work.

External admin AI settings – External admins can now view and edit AI permissions in workspace settings, so client-side admins have the same control over Oscar that internal admins do.

X (Twitter) Discontinuation – HeyOrca has completed the removal of X (Twitter) as a connectable channel. Existing X accounts have been migrated to custom placeholder channels.

Oscar conversation continuity – A fix ensures Oscar's chat history doesn't clear when you switch between calendars or tabs, so you can pick up mid-conversation without losing context.

Oscar caption accuracy – A fix ensures Oscar-generated captions are applied to the correct post when multiple posts are open in a session, preventing captions from landing in the wrong place.

Configuring Oscar – A new AI permissions settings page lets you control which Oscar features are active at the organization and workspace level, covering the Oscar side panel, hashtag suggestions, and alt text suggestions.

Oscar timezone awareness – Oscar now correctly references your workspace timezone when scheduling posts or updating times, so AI-suggested schedules land at the right time.

Oscar holiday awareness – Oscar can now factor in holidays when suggesting content and scheduling, helping you plan around key dates more naturally.

"Last Week" scheduled reports – "Last Week" is now available as a date range option when setting up scheduled analytics reports, giving you a more granular recurring reporting option.

Oscar AI audit trail – When a post is created or updated with Oscar's help, that's now recorded in the post audit trail, so your team has full visibility into AI-assisted content changes.

Oscar close post tool – Oscar can now close the current post modal when you're done with it, so you can move through your workflow without switching back to the calendar manually.

LinkedIn company URL mentions – You can now paste a LinkedIn company URL after an @ symbol in a post caption and HeyOrca will automatically convert it to a proper tagged mention.

Month jumping bug fix – A longstanding bug that caused the calendar to jump to unexpected months has been resolved.

IG Carousel media reordering – Rearranging images in an Instagram carousel is now faster and more reliable, and you're redirected to the correct slide after reordering.

Oscar panel resize – The Oscar side panel is now resizable, so you can adjust how much screen space Oscar takes up based on your workflo

Post card redesign – Post cards in reports have a refreshed look that makes performance data easier to scan and compare across your content.

Post Impressions renamed to Post Views – The "Post Impressions" metric in reports has been renamed to "Post Views" to better reflect how the data is measured and displayed.

Oscar on the day view – You can now open Oscar directly from the day view, so you can have AI assistance is available no matter which view you're working in.

Oscar brand voice – Oscar now respects your workspace's brand voice when generating captions and suggestions, so every AI-assisted piece of content sounds like your brand.

Oscar in the post editor – The Oscar button in the post editor now opens the side panel instead of embedding a chat inline, giving you more screen space and a consistent AI experience.

Facebook Reels in competitor reports – Facebook Reels engagements are now included in the Facebook Competitor Report, giving you a fuller picture of how your competitors' content performs.

Instagram shares metric – Instagram posts now include a shares metric in the post performance graph, so you can track how often your content is being distributed.

Oscar AI is now live for all users – The Oscar side panel is now accessible from the calendar, giving you a persistent AI workspace alongside your content without disrupting your workflow.

Social Listening in the toolbar – Brand Monitoring and Competitor reports now appear in a separate dedicated "Listening" element in the navigation toolbar, making it easier to access these reports without extra clicks.

Canva Connect improvements – A fix resolves an issue where cancelling the Canva account connection process caused an error, and private designs now show a clear explanation when team members can't access them.

Google Drive media uploads – You can now upload media directly from Google Drive when creating posts, giving you one more place to pull content from without leaving HeyOrca.

Inspo Library bulk actions – You can now bulk delete or move content inside the Inspo Library on web, keeping your inspiration organised with less effort.

Canva Improvements – You can now export videos, multi-image designs, GIFs, and PDFs directly from Canva into HeyOrca, with channel-specific export types so you're always working with the right format.

Inspo Library collection renaming – You can now rename a collection directly from the folder view without having to navigate back to the main screen.
