HeyOrca makes it easy for you to compare two selections of time with the Date Range Comparison!
You can select two date ranges for your selected account and be able to compare and see the positive or negative percentage change.
Note: Date Range Comparison is included in our Pro calendar/workspaces.
Generate your Date Range Reports
Step 1: From the calendar view, click the reports icon on the grey navigation bar.
Step 2: Click the social account that you want to report on from the Reports Dashboard, or from the reports navigation menu on the left of your screen.
Step 3: From the date selector tool, click Compare to choose the two times of your choice.
Current: the more recent date range
Comparing: the older date range
You can change your selection anytime by clicking on the dates again.
Your Comparison Report will show the percentage of change based on the performance seen from your content in the previous period.
Increases in the compared metric will be indicated with the green text and arrow while decreases will be indicated by the red text and arrow.

Use Date Range Comparison in Custom Reports
When comparing date ranges in Custom Reports, you can now use date range comparison for cross-channel charts to see how your community is growing and engaging across platforms over time!
Your cross-channel charts will update to show the percentage of change across all connected platforms for the selected periods. Each chart will also include a breakdown table showing:
Overall — the combined performance across all platforms
A row for each connected platform (Facebook, Instagram, etc) showing individual results
For each row, you'll see:
Current Period — the metric total for your more recent date range
Previous Period — the metric total for your older date range
Change — the percentage difference between the two periods, with increases shown in green and decreases shown in red
