HeyOrca's Mailchimp integration lets you view your scheduled email campaigns directly in your content calendar, so your whole team can see the full picture of what's going out and when.
Connect your Mailchimp account
Go to Workspace Settings > Integrations > Email.
Click Add Account
Find Mailchimp and click Connect follow the prompts to log in to your Mailchimp account.
Once connected, your scheduled Mailchimp emails will begin appearing in your calendar.
Note: You'll need to log in to Mailchimp during the connection step — this is required by Mailchimp to authorize the integration.
View and navigate your emails
Once connected, scheduled Mailchimp emails appear as tiles in your calendar alongside your social posts.
Navigate to your calendar view to see your email tiles.
Click any email tile to preview the send date and time, subject line, and email content.
Use the integrations filter to show or hide layers — select from your Social and Email channels to customize your view.
Note: If an email has no scheduled send time, it will appear in the content library rather than on the calendar.
View Mailchimp Drafts in the Content Library
Click the Library feature in your left hand nav bar.
Click the Content tab
View your Mailchimp previews in the library, or filter your view as you would on the calendar.
Collaborate and share
Leave comments directly on an email preview to share feedback with your team or external stakeholders.
Share the calendar with others by choosing which channel layers to include in the shared view — so stakeholders only see what's relevant to them.
Note: Mailchimp is read-only emails can't be created, rescheduled, or edited from HeyOrca. Any changes need to be made directly in Mailchimp. Each Mailchimp counts as one account connection. Each calendar supports a maximum of 10 account connections.
