HeyOrca's HubSpot integration allows you to connect your HubSpot account to pull in email newsletters directly into your workspace calendar. You'll be able to view historical, and upcoming newsletters directly alongside your social posts, share them with your team and clients and collaborate directly using comments.
This guide covers how to connect your account, view newsletters and share content with your team and clients.
HubSpot currently only supports a read only view. Approvals for newsletters are not yet available
Connect your HubSpot profile
To connect your HubSpot profile, visit the calendar settings page and select Add Account. From there, scroll down and locate HubSpot under the Email section.
Once selected, follow the on screen prompts to connect your HubSpot profile.
View newsletters alongside social content
Once your account is connected, your email newsletters will populate within your HeyOrca calendar.
Once a newsletter is opened, you'll be able to view relevant information including a preview of the email, the HubSpot status, subject line and number of recipients in your audience.
Emails set for a scheduled date and time will be assigned that time on the calendar. Emails set to Send Now will be on the calendar as of their last update made in HubSpot.
Share newsletters for client review and collaboration
The HubSpot integration is currently read only, requiring scheduling and publishing to be completed directly in HubSpot.
You can still share the post for review from clients and team members via the sharable links. They can leave comments on directly on the post and share feedback similar to social posts.
Removing your HubSpot profile
To remove your HubSpot profile from HeyOrca, head to the calendar settings page.
In the emails tab, locate the HubSpot profile you want to remove. Using the three dot menu, select Delete Channel and follow the prompt to delete your profile.
Your account will be removed from HeyOrca.
To remove the HeyOrca integration from HubSpot itself, click on your profile within HubSpot and go to Profile & Preferences. From there, select Connected Apps under Integrations.
Locate the HeyOrca app from your list of connected apps and select Uninstall.
