Using the HeyOrca Mobile app to publish your posts is a great way to save time when scheduling content!
You’ll be able to send your media and caption directly to your phone to share on the social profile manually!
Before you start
Make sure you have the latest version of the HeyOrca mobile app. If you need help downloading the app, view Download the HeyOrca mobile app for more details.
Ensure you're logged into the correct account.
Before sending posts to the HeyOrca mobile app, make sure to check your calendar settings section, and click mobile notifications on your social profile account drop-down menu.
Download your content from the mobile app
Once you have downloaded the mobile app and received a notification:
Step 1: Make sure that you have the TikTok app downloaded on your device, and that you’re logged into the correct social profile.
Step 2: Open the HeyOrca mobile app.
Step 3: Tap Download on the post that needs to go live!
Step 4: Your text will be copied to your clipboard, and your media will be downloaded into a HeyOrca album within your mobile camera roll
Step 5: You will be brought into the social profile where you can then edit and/or publish the post!
