What can the Inspo Library be used for?

The Inspo Library is your team's dedicated space to save, categorize and collaborate on content you find inspirational for your content strategy. Content can be saved directly from Instagram or TikTok and saved in a few clicks! Each calendar has it's own Inspo Library making it easy to save brand specific content and collaborate with your team.

All social platforms and web links are supported in the Inspo library.

Before you begin

Before you start, make sure you have the latest version of the HeyOrca app downloaded from the App Store for iOS devices, or the Play Store for Android Devices.

Saving content directly from Instagram and TikTok

The Inspiration Library makes it easy to save inspiration directly to your HeyOrca calendar to easily find later on using the Share option in applicable social media apps. This makes it seamless to send and save content to your calendar without having to leave the social media platform.

When you've found a piece of content on Instagram or TikTok you want to save to the Inspo Library, click the Share icon.

Navigate the options and click on the HeyOrca app.

Next, add a relevant description to provide additional contextual information for your team. You can also select the relevant calendar you want to post to be saved to as well as select a Collection to save it to.

Saving content on HeyOrca web

Along with sending content via Instagram or TikTok, they can also be added via a direct link. This is great for when you find inspirational content on the web, or if shared by your team or clients via email, Slack or other communication platforms.

Begin by pressing Add Inspo

Add in your link and a relevant description for the content.

Once completed, press Save to complete the process and save the post.

Collaborate by commenting on content

The Inspo Library is great for internal collaboration and to workshop new ideas with your team based off the saved content. To leave a comment on a piece of saved content, open it up to see the comment fields.

Create and Manage Collections

The Inspo Library also enables your team to further organize content ideas via Collections.

New collections can be created by pressing Create Collection followed by giving it a name.

To move content to a collection, click on the eclipses menu and select Move to, followed by the collection. You can also save content to collections when saving content via the mobile app.

Filter Saved Content

If you've used content in your library, it can be marked as used by clicking on the ellipses menu and selecting mark as used.

Content can be filtered by the platform or by used and unused content.

Browse and save trends

The Trends tab in the Inspo Library lets you browse trending content ideas curated by HeyOrca’s social team and save them to your own collections for future inspiration.

Open the Trends tab

  1. Click the Inspo icon in the navigation bar.

  2. Click the Trends tab.

View a trend

  1. Click any trend in the list.

  2. The trend opens in an expanded view with more details.

Save a trend to a collection

  1. Open a trend.

  2. Click Add to collection.

  3. Choose a collection or create a new one.

Tip: After saving a trend, you can edit the description to add your own notes or tailor the idea to a specific brand or client.
