What you can do:

View content
Track your contentâs progress at a glance. You can quickly identify where each post stands in the publishing process by its stage:
Download to Publish - this content has been designated for the HeyOrca Mobile app for publishing
Published - Your post has already been published to the corresponding platform
Awaiting Approval - This content has been assigned to users on your team to approve
Approved - This label indicates that your content has been approved for publishing
Draft - content still being created
Download content for manual publishing via notification
Want to post something manually? You can select "Download to Publish" on any post in your appâno matter what stage itâs in!
Tap the post you want to save to open the expanded view.
Select "Download to Publish" to save the media.
Note: Downloading a post this way will not automatically copy the caption, or launch the social media app
Pro Tip: You can also use this feature to quickly download images from your calendar directly to your phone.
Switch workspaces
Once signed in, youâll see all upcoming posts scheduled for mobile notification reminders.
If you don't have any Workspaces selected, this page will display upcoming posts on all of your Workspaces.
If you don't have any content scheduled, the app will simply display a message letting you know there are no current posts to publish.
Use filters to sort your feed
Mobile filters help you quickly sort your content by notification status, publishing details, or post stage. This makes it a breeze to find exactly what you need to review or publish!
Filter to view content meant for publishing by notification
Select the 'Show only 'Notified' Posts' button if you'd like to view which content was designated by your team to be published via mobile notifications
Tap "Done" to save your changes. Your feed will update and display only content meant to be published by notifications.
Filter content by publishing details
Filter by publishing details to customize your feed. You can easily view content scheduled for:
Direct Publishing
TikTok Notifications
Notifications
Direct Publishing
Select the 'Publishing Details' button to open up the selection menu.
You can toggle each option on and off, to view the content relevant for you! To save your changes, press 'Done'.
Filter by Post Stage
Filtering by post stage allows you to view content and sort your feed by viewing posts in the following stages:
Draft
Awaiting Approval
Approved
Needs Revision
Processing
Published
Notified
Failed to Publish
To sort by post stage, select the 'Post Stage' button in the mobile filters to open up the selection menu.
From here, select the post stages you'd like to view to create a custom feed!
Use expanded post previews to view your content
Expanded Previews allow you, your team, and your clients to see how posts will appear on each social platform. With this, you can:
Select any post to open the expanded view.
Swipe through multi-image posts to review all your photos and videos.
See exactly how your content will look once it hits the feed.
