Why add brand context
The more Oscar knows about your brand, the better it can help you. Adding your website link or brand documents gives Oscar the context it needs so its content and recommendations are personalized to your brand and don't sound generic. Learn more about how Oscar works.
Add your brand context
Go to your Workspace Settings and navigate to Brand Context
Add your website link
Upload your brand documents
Click Generate brand guidelines
Review brand guidelines in the text editor and make adjustments as needed.
That's it! Now that you've added your brand guidelines, Oscar will use them to give you better results on your next interaction.
Tip: For agencies or multi-workspace accounts, repeat these steps for each workspace to give Oscar unique context for each brand you manage in HeyOrca.
Update your brand guidelines anytime
Your brand evolves, and so can Oscar's understanding of it. You can:
Edit your brand guidelines directly
Upload new brand assets
When you upload new assets, you will be prompted to review the updates to your brand guidelines before they are saved.
