Overview of pricing and subscriptions
HeyOrca plans are priced per calendar, per month. The total cost of your subscription depends on the plan selected for each calendar, being on monthly or annual billing as well as any add-ons (applied to Basic plans).
All paid plans include:

Each calendar includes up to 10 social profiles. Currently, HeyOrca integrates with:

Instagram (Professional or Creator profiles only, no personal accounts)

Not seeing a social channel you use? We’ve got you covered!
Placeholder accounts let you schedule and collaborate on content even when direct publishing isn’t available due to API limitations or don’t support direct publishing. At publish time, a team member receives a notification with the post content to post natively, giving you full flexibility without API restrictions.
14-day Free Trial
Our 14-day free trial includes full access to Pro plan features, so you can test advanced tools before choosing a subscription and a credit card is not required to start your trial.
During your trial, you can:

Access advanced reporting
Use Social Inbox
Use Social Listening
Customize branding
Access AI tools
Use the mobile app
After 14 days, your account will transition to the Free plan unless you select a paid subscription.
Free Workspaces
The Free workspaces are designed for brands/clients with light posting needs. It includes essential scheduling tools with limited users, posts, and features. This tier can be added to multiple workspaces, even as part of a paid plan. Your subscription can have a mixture of Free workspaces and upgraded workspaces.
Includes:
1 user
2 social profiles or integrations (like Mailchimp)
15 scheduled posts per month
Basic publishing tools
Instagram Product Tagging (for your brand’s products in Instagram posts and Reels to be shoppable)
Canva integration
The Free plan does not include collaboration tools such as:
Shareable links
Approval workflows
Real-time presence
Notes
Text-to-Library

Basic plan
The Basic plan is built for small teams managing a brand’s day-to-day social content. It includes unlimited users, unlimited posts, and core collaboration tools, with optional add-ons available for advanced reporting and inbox features.

Can I add more than 10 social accounts to my workspace?
Yes. While HeyOrca has a limit of 10 social profiles, if you need more than 10, these can be added to your workspace for an additional fee.
Does HeyOrca offer a discount for not-for-profit organizations?
Does HeyOrca offer a discount for not-for-profit organizations?
Yes! HeyOrca is pleased to provide a 25% discount off monthly plans or a 40% discount off annual plans to eligible nonprofit organizations. You will need to provide a 501(c)(3) proof of status (in the US), registered charitable number (in Canada), or equivalent in your country for your organization.
