Overview of pricing and subscriptions
HeyOrca plans are priced per calendar, per month. The total cost of your subscription depends on the plan selected for each calendar, being on monthly or annual billing as well as any add-ons (applied to Basic plans).

Each calendar includes up to 10 social profiles. Currently, HeyOrca integrates with:

Not seeing a social channel you use? We’ve got you covered!
Placeholder accounts let you schedule and collaborate on content even when direct publishing isn’t available due to API limitations or don’t support direct publishing. At publish time, a team member receives a notification with the post content to post natively, giving you full flexibility without API restrictions.
14-day Free Trial
Our 14-day free trial includes full access to Pro plan features, so you can test advanced tools before choosing a subscription and a credit card is not required to start your trial.
During your trial, you can:

After 14 days, your account will transition to the Free plan unless you select a paid subscription.

The Free plan is designed for individuals with light posting needs. It includes essential scheduling tools with limited users, posts, and features. This plan cannot be added to a paid plan or have additional features added.

Can I add more than 10 social accounts to my workspace?
Yes. While HeyOrca has a limit of 10 social profiles to ensure the calendar does not run into loading issues, if you need more than 10, these can be added to your workspace for an additional fee. Please know the addition of more channels may impact performance.
Does HeyOrca offer a discount for not-for-profit organizations?

Yes! HeyOrca is pleased to provide a 25% discount off monthly plans or a 40% discount off annual plans to eligible non-profit organizations. You will need to provide a 501(c)(3) proof of status (in the US), registered charitable number (in Canada), or equivalent in your country for your organization.
