What’s changing?
Starting April 30, 2026, you will be able to add multiple Free workspaces to your organization alongside paid workspaces. You will now be able to manage different brands and clients based on their needs and budgets — without switching tools.

Yes, a free workspace is completely free!
You do not need to add a credit card or payment method to get started. Charges will only occur when you upgrade to a paid tier.
If you do upgrade your tier, you can mix and match any combination of Free, Basic, and Pro workspaces.

The Free tier is designed for individuals getting started with content scheduling.
The Free tier does not include:
Collaboration workflows including multiple users, approvals and shareable links.
Advanced social media management features, such as: Auto-DMs, First Comment, Best Times to Post, Instagram Collab Posts, Bio Link, Grid View, Text-to-Library and AI Features.
Analytics & Reporting: Track post performance, engagement, and audience growth with HeyOrca's reporting tools. Not available on the free tier.
Social Inbox and Social Listening to respond to messages, mentions and comments as well as understand how your brand is being discussed on socials.

What social accounts can I connect to my Free workspace?
You will be able to connect up to 2 accounts from the following social channels:
Facebook
Instagram
Threads
TikTok
Pinterest
LinkedIn
Google Business Profile
YouTube
The Free tier does not include the ability to add placeholder accounts. If you need more than 2 social channels connected or want to use placeholder accounts, you will need to upgrade to a paid tier.
Can I add a Free workspace if I pay for other workspaces?

Yes! You can choose to have some of your workspaces remain on the Free tier, while other calendars can be upgraded to our Basic or Pro tier. By upgrading a workspace, you unlock additional features for that specific workspace.
I have a Free workspace in a personal HeyOrca account. Can I transfer it to my team’s account?

Yes! If you previously had a Free account with 1 Free workspace, you can reach out to our customer care team and request that it be transferred over so it’s all under 1 organization.
Our Customer Care team will need to confirm a few things about the transfer, but we’d be able to action this for you. Please get in touch via the live chat in your HeyOrca account.

Yes! You can upgrade to a paid workspace at any time from within your HeyOrca account. Your content will carry over, so you won't lose anything you've already set up.

Nothing will happen to your content! All your social accounts and scheduled posts will remain exactly as they are when you move from a Free workspace to a paid tier.
If you were previously using a Free plan before April 30, 2026, you will need to upgrade to a Basic or Pro to continue accessing Auto-DMs, Bio Link, First Comment, Instagram Collab posts, and AI tools.

What happens to my content if I downgrade from a paid plan to a Free plan?
Before downgrading your workspace from a paid plan to a Free plan, please review your scheduled posts. Your posts will still publish, but they will not support Auto-DMs, Bio Link, First Comment, or Instagram Collabs. If you have more than 15 posts scheduled for the month, the access posts will be moved to your Content Library.
