Share a report with a shareable link

Generate a view-only link to any HeyOrca report and share your data with clients or stakeholders outside your workspace.

Want to share report data with a client or stakeholder without exporting a PDF or adding them to your workspace? Reports Shareable Links let you generate a view-only link to any report so anyone can access an interactive snapshot of your dataβ€” no HeyOrca account required. You stay in full control of access at all times.


Create a shareable link

  1. Go to your Reports dashboard and select the report you'd like to share.

  2. Once you're in the report, set the date range and apply any filters you'd like reflected in the shared view.

  3. Click Share β†’ Share a link to Report.

  4. Copy the generated link and share.

Manage your shareable links

Once you've created a shareable link, you can view and manage all active links at any time. From the same report, click Share β†’ Manage Shared Links.


In this panel you can:

  • View all existing shareable links for that report

  • Copy a link to share it again

  • See how many times each link has been viewed

  • Delete a link to remove access

πŸ‘€ FYI: You can have up to 10 active shareable links per report. If you reach the limit, delete any links you no longer need from the Manage Shared Links panel before creating new ones.

FAQ: Reports Shareable Links

Do recipients need a HeyOrca account to view the link?

No β€” anyone can view a shared report link, whether or not they're a HeyOrca user!

Does the link expire?

Links don't expire automatically. To remove access, delete the link at any time from the Manage Shared Links panel in your report.

Which user role can generate shareable links for reports?

Workspace Owners and Admins (both internal and external) will be able to generate shareable links for reports.
