How to cancel your HeyOrca plan or subscription

Need to pause or cancel your HeyOrca subscription? We’re sad to see you go, but here’s how to do that if the need arises.

Step 1: Confirm your subscription billing date.

This can be found in your most recent invoice, which our system will send to your team's billing contact. If you are an Organization Owner, you will also be able to view your recent Invoices in the Payment Settings.

Step 2: Cancel your account.

You can do this by clicking into the bottom left-hand corner, and clicking Payment Settings:



Then, click into Manage Subscription:

A side-panel will appear - there, click into Cancel Subscription:

If you ever need to reactivate your account, you can log back in using your credentials and select a new plan to reactivate in the Payment Settings.

Please note that non-monthly plans cannot be cancelled at any time.

We do not offer pro-rated credits or refunds for any quarterly, bi-annual or annual subscirptions.
