Need to pause or cancel your HeyOrca subscription? We’re sad to see you go, but here’s how to do that if the need arises.
Step 1: Confirm your subscription billing date.
This can be found in your most recent invoice, which our system will send to your team's billing contact. If you are an Organization Owner, you will also be able to view your recent Invoices in the Billing page.
Step 2: Cancel your account.
You can do this by clicking into the bottom left-hand corner, and clicking into Billing:
Then, click into Manage Plan:
On this page, you can scroll to the bottom, and you will see the option to Cancel Subscription.
You can then follow the prompts and complete the request to cancel your subscription. Your subscription will end at the end of your current billing period, and the account will be locked then.
If you ever need to reactivate your account, you can log back in using your credentials and select a new plan to reactivate.
Please note that non-monthly plans cannot be cancelled at any time.
We do not offer pro-rated credits or refunds for any subscriptions.
