Easily create and publish PDF documents in a carousel format to LinkedIn!

LinkedIn PDF posts are a great way to display and share downloadable documents in a carousel format with your LinkedIn audience. These can include case studies, white papers, brochures and any other form of content in a PDF format.

HeyOrca now allows you to seamlessly create and publish PDF posts directly from your calendar saving your team even more time in your workflow!

This guide covers how to create and publish a PDF carousel posts directly from your calendar!

Step 1: Create a new LinkedIn Post

To publish a LinkedIn PDF post, start by creating a post and selecting your desired account.

To create a new post, you can drag and drop your PDF content directly to your calendar, or post creation screen or hit the New Post button on your calendar and select your desired account!

Step 2: Add your PDF

If you didn't drag and drop your document to create a new post, you can select the PDF icon your LinkedIn post to upload your file!

To scroll through your PDF, click the arrows to cycle through your pages!

PDF files are limited to 100mb and 300 pages

Step 3: Enter your document title

In order to approve or publish a PDF post, you must include a document title. Your title can be entered in the text box, and will be displayed on your post preview indicating how it'll display to your audience once published.

Titles are limited to 58 characters.

Step 4: Schedule your PDF content!

Once you're happy with your post, you can schedule it publishing or assign it for approval from your colleagues and clients!

To schedule your post for publishing, ensure you have the correct publishing date entered, and change the post status to Approve.

To assign the post for approval, change the post status to Awaiting Approval and select your desired users!

If you'd like to publish your post right away, you can select Publish Now and enter confirm to publish it right away!

Once your post is published, your audience will be able to see your PDF content in a carousel view, and be able to download your document!
