Multi-approval is helpful when multiple people need to sign off on a post, including internal team members, clients, or both. It allows you to require approval from specific users, or let any assigned approver approve the post. While multi-approval is enabled, the post stays in Awaiting approval until everyone required has approved it, then moves to Approved and publishes at the scheduled time.
Use multi-approval to require approval from one or more internal or external users before a post can be published.
Add multi-approval to a post
Create your post.
Change the post status from Draft to Awaiting approval.
Open the approval dropdown and select Specific users must approve
Select the internal or external users from the list that you want to approve the post.

Track approvals
When a selected user approves the post, their approval appears on the post.
The post remains in Awaiting approval until all required users have approved it.
Once all approvals are complete, the post moves to Approved and publishes at the scheduled time.

โ ๏ธ If you override or reset multi-approval on a post, any existing approvals on that post are removed.
