If you no longer need a workspace, HeyOrca allows you to permanently delete it, freeing up space and simplifying your dashboard.
This guide will walk you through the process of deleting a workspace and explain how to adjust your subscription, if necessary.
How to delete a Workspace
Before we begin, it's important to note that only workspace/calendar owners can delete a workspace. If you’re not the owner, the delete option will not appear in the settings.
Once a calendar has been deleted, it is permanently removed from your account, and you will no longer have access to the previously scheduled content.
If you think you may need this calendar or its content again in the future, you can reach out to our Customer Care team, and they will archive the workspace for no additional cost.
To begin, navigate to the calendar settings page and click More options. You will then need to enter the calendar name (exactly as it appears above) into the field before you can proceed.
HeyOrca will work on removing your content, and once the workspace is deleted, it will no longer appear in your account's dashboard.
Deleting/archiving a calendar will not automatically adjust the number of calendars in your subscription, as this space can now be used to create a new calendar.
If you have removed a calendar and want to have your monthly subscription adjusted, you can adjust your subscription within the Payment Settings in HeyOrca.
