1. Select New Post

Start by creating a new post by selecting New Post on the desired day, or via the Create Post button on the top right of your calendar.

2.Enable the "Is this a recurring post button"

Select your desired channel(s), and enter in your relevant post details including media, caption and desired publishing time.

Next, select the "Is this a recurring post" button to be enabled. Enabling the button will open up your post schedule details form.

3. Select your recurring set details

From the next page, select the frequency, and duration you'd like for your posts.

You can create recurrences based off the following criteria:

  • Daily - the post will repeat daily until the end date, or number of recurrences is reached

  • Weekly - the post will repeat on the selected days until the end date, or number of posts is reached

  • Monthly - the post will repeat on the day of the month, or on the corresponding week of the month and day of the month until the end date, or the number of posts is reached

  • Yearly - the post will repeat on an annual basis until the end date is reached, or the number of posts is reached

Set an existing draft to recur

If you have a draft post already created, you can set that to recur. To do so, follow the steps below

  1. Open up the Publishing Details

Open up your post and select the Publishing Details button.

  2. Enable the "Is this a recurring post button"

From Publishing Details, select "Is this a recurring post"

  3. Select your recurring set details

From here, select the scheduling details you want your post to have. Once done, press Done and your draft post will now be set to a recurring post!

Repurpose Published posts

Want to recycle well performing content? Existing published posts can be turned into a recurring post set in a few clicks!

  1. Select your post

Open up the published post that you want to create a new recurring set from.

  2. Select on the recurring post CTA

Select the button on the right hand side to recycle your content.

  3. Select your recurrence details

After clicking on the CTA, you'll be prompted to enter in your recurrence details. Here you can specify the conditions for your recurrences similar to creating a new set, or from a draft post.

Press Save and your recurring posts will be created on the calendar.

Sync post edits across recurring posts

When managing a set of recurring posts, you can easily sync changes across all the posts in the set. This is especially useful for updating post components such as media, caption, tags etc.

By syncing changes you can edit one of your posts and have the changes be reflected on others.

Start by editing one of the posts in your set, to add in the post details. When you're ready to have the content be reflected on the other items, press Update All Posts.

The changes will then be reflected on all other posts.

Want to make changes to a specific post? You still have the ability to edit each post individually!

Pressing Update All Posts will overwrite individual changes and update all posts in a set to match the post you're on

Disabling and deleting Recurring Posts

Disable a recurring set

A recurring post set can be disabled, and turned back into a singular post. To disable a recurring set, head into the Publishing Details. From there, disable the recur toggle. Once confirmed, all recurring posts will be removed and the original will remain.

Delete recurring posts

You can also delete an individual post from a recurring set, or choose to delete them all. Press the trash icon on the post to open up the deletion options. Deleting all posts will remove all recurrences, as well as the original post.
