⚠️ Due to LinkedIn’s API requirements, in order to publish directly to LinkedIn, you must:

- Be logged in to the account you’re trying to connect (Personal Profile and Company Page)
- Be a Content Admin or a Super Admin (Company Page).

Once you've confirmed you have the correct permissions, you can set up your LinkedIn account in HeyOrca.

From your workspace, go to Settings.

From the Integrations tab, click Add account.

Find the LinkedIn tile from the Integration options and click Connect

Click Continue from the connection page, then follow the authorization prompts from LinkedIn.

1. You will be required to log in to the account you’re trying to connect to
2. Once you log in to the correct account, you will select from the list in HeyOrca which will show both personal profiles and Company/Showcase pages you can add.

Once your account is successfully connected, you can go back to your Workspace Settings &gt; Integrations to check notification settings.

With HeyOrca, you can plan and publish posts to LinkedIn personal profiles and Company pages/Showcase pages with media. Here are the 

- Recommended size: 1200 × 627 px
- Aspect ratio: 1.91:1
- Maximum file size: 5 MB

Maximum file size: 10 MB per image

- Recommended size: 1080 × 1080 px
- Aspect ratio: 1:1
- Maximum file size: 10 MB per image

- Recommended size: 1920 × 1080 px
- Aspect ratio: 16:9
- Maximum file size: 5 GB
- Duration: 3 seconds to 10 minutes

- Recommended size: 1080 × 1920 px
- Aspect ratio: 9:16
- Maximum file size: 5 GB
- Duration: 3 seconds to 10 minutes

- Recommended size: 1080 × 1080 px
- Aspect ratio: 1:1
- Maximum file size: 5 GB
- Duration: 3 seconds to 10 minutes

Recommended size: 1080x1350px (vertical) or 1080 × 1080 px (square)

Aspect ratio: 4:5 (vertical) or 1:1 (square)

- Recommended size: 1080x1350px (vertical) or 1080 × 1080 px (square)
- Aspect ratio: 4:5 (vertical) or 1:1 (square)
- Maximum file size: 100 MB
- Maximum length: 300 pages
- Document titles: 28 characters

If you have the correct permissions, make sure you're logged in to the profile or the profile connected to the Page  you're trying to connect to. Keep it open in another tab in the same browser.
