Using the Inspo Library
The Inspo Library is your team's dedicated space to save, categorize and collaborate on content you find inspirational for your content strategy. Content can be saved directly from Instagram or TikTok and saved in a few clicks! Each calendar has it's own Inspo Library making it easy to save brand specific content and collaborate with your team.
All social platforms and web links are supported in the Inspo library.
Before you begin
Before you start, make sure you have the latest version of the HeyOrca app downloaded from the App Store for iOS devices, or the Play Store for Android Devices.
Save content directly from Instagram and TikTok
The Inspiration Library makes it easy to save inspiration directly to your HeyOrca calendar to easily find later on using the Share option in applicable social media apps. This makes it seamless to send and save content to your calendar without having to leave the social media platform.
When you've found a piece of content on Instagram or TikTok you want to save to the Inspo Library:
Click the Share icon.
Navigate the options and click on the HeyOrca app.
You will be re-directed to the HeyOrca app where you can add a description to provide additional context for your team
You can also select the a calendar you want to post to be saved to as well as select a Collection to save it to.
đ FYI: Some users experience Instagram and TikTok freezing after sharing content to the Inspo Library using this method.

Alternatively, you can copy the link to the media you want to share in your Inspo Library into the HeyOrca app so you can resume your scrolling on the native app after adding to the Inspo Library.
Saving content on HeyOrca from a web browser
Along with sending content via Instagram or TikTok, they can also be added via a direct link.
From your Workspace menu, click Inspo.
From the Inspo Library, click Add Inspo.
Add in your link and description of the content to the Note section.
Click Save.
Collaborate through comments on shared content
To leave a comment on saved Inspo, click it to see the comment fields and add comments in the thread for your colleagues to see.
Use Collections to organize Inspo
The Inspo Library also enables your team to further organize content ideas via Collections.
1. From the Inspo Library, click the Collections tab.
2. In the Collection page, click Create Collection and name the collection.
3. To move content to a collection, you can:
click on the three dots on the top right corner of the media and select Move to, then select the Collection to move it to.
Select multiple media from the checkbox in the top left corner of the media and then click on the Bulk Actions button. Select Move to, then select the Collection to move it to.
You can also save content to Collections when saving content via the mobile app.
Filter Saved Content
By link types
You can filter media in your Inspo Library by link type of Instagram, Tiktok or Other platform.
Mark content as used
You can filter content in your Inspo library based on if youâve used it or not. If you've created content based on Inspo you saved, it can be marked as used by clicking on the three dots on the top right corner of the media and selecting Mark as Used. You can
Browse the latest Trends
The Trends tab in the Inspo Library lets you browse trending content ideas curated by HeyOrcaâs marketing team. You can save these to your own collections for future inspiration.
Open the Trends tab
Click the Inspo icon in the navigation bar.
Click the Trends tab.
View a trend
Click any trend in the list.
The trend opens in an expanded view with more details.
Save a trend to a collection
Open a trend.
Click Add to collection.
Choose a collection or create a new one.
đĄTip: After saving a trend, you can edit the description to add your own notes or tailor the idea to a specific brand or client.
