Approve content shared with you

Learn how to mark a post as approved, or in need of revision for your team!

If content has been shared with you through a shareable link, you can review, approve, or request changes directly from that link — no login required!

Review shared content from a shareable link

1) Open the shareable link you received. You’ll see a welcome screen where you can select your name to view the content shared with you.

👀 FYI: If you don't see your name, you can either add yourself or log in to your HeyOrca account!

2) Click the post to review in the calendar to open it and review the content.

3) Choose an action on the right side of the post:

  • Click Approve if the post is ready to go.

  • Click Revise if the post needs changes. You can even leave a comment with your feedback!

Leave feedback with comments

You can use the comment box on the right side of the post to share feedback with the team. You can also tag a team member by typing @ followed by their name and tagged users will receive an email notification letting them know you added a comment.

After you approve a post or request a revision

When you approve or request revisions:

  • Your team is notified.

  • They’ll receive an email letting them know action was taken.

  • If approved, the post will publish at its scheduled time (or once all required approvals are complete).
