View your upcoming posts and all your scheduled content in the HeyOrca Mobile App

The HeyOrca mobile app is used to help facilitate the publishing of content that is sent out via a notification reminder.

The mobile app displays all of your upcoming content in all stages for your account. You have the option to view upcoming posts on all calendars, as well as filter through each individual calendar to see the information relevant to you!

How to get the HeyOrca Mobile App

To get the most up-to-date version of the mobile app, visit the App store on iOS devices and the Google Play Store on Android devices. In the search bar, search ‘HeyOrca’ to download the app.

View All Your Content on the Go

The HeyOrca Mobile app will display all of your upcoming content, in any stage, and for the selected calendars.

That makes it easy to see where your content is in the publishing process. You can identify content using their various stages:

  • Download to Publish - this content has been designated for the HeyOrca Mobile app for publishing

  • Published - Your post has already been published to the corresponding platform

  • Awaiting Approval - This content has been assigned to users on your team to approve

  • Approved - This label indicates that your content has been approved for publishing

  • Draft - content still being created

Download content that wasn't designated for publishing via notifications.

With the ability to see all of your upcoming content, you can also select 'Download to Publish' on any of the visible posts within the app. This includes posts in all stages!

To download a post, you can select the post to open up the expanded view. Once there, select 'Download to Publish'

Note: Downloading a post this way will not copy the caption and launch the designated app.

ProTip: You can also use this to easily download any images on your calendar to your mobile device!


How to Navigate Between Calendars

Once you’re signed into your account, you’ll see the upcoming posts on your calendar that are being sent out via the mobile app notifications.

If you don't have any calendars selected, this page will display upcoming posts on all of your calendars.

Additionally, if there aren't any posts upcoming posts, the following message will display letting you know there are no upcoming posts on any of your calendars.

To open your calendar list, click on the drawer button indicated by the three parallel lines.

Next, click on the 'Calendars' button to open your list of calendars.

You can then select the calendar you'd like to view and see the upcoming posts for!

The calendar will then display posts created only on that calendar!

Use Mobile Filters

The mobile filters allow you to easily sort your feed and allow you to easily view content meant for publishing by notifications, as well as sorting by your publishing details and post stage!

If you'd like to view which content was designated by your team to be published via mobile notifications, you can select the 'Show only 'Notified' Posts' button.

Press 'Done' to apply your changes. Your feed will update and display only content meant to be published by notifications such as content with trending audio.

Filter Content by Publishing Details

Filtering your content by publishing details enables you to view content and sort your feed by viewing posts meant for:

  • Direct Publishing

  • TikTok Notifications

  • Notifications

  • Direct Publishing

Select the 'Publishing Details' button to open up the selection menu.

You can toggle each option on and off, to view the content relevant for you! To save your changes, press 'Done'.

Filter by Post Stage

Filtering by post stage allows you to view content and sort your feed by viewing posts in the following stages:

  • Draft

  • Awaiting Approval

  • Approved

  • Needs Revision

  • Processing

  • Published

  • Notified

  • Failed to Publish

To sort by post stage, select the 'Post Stage' button in the mobile filters to open up the selection menu.

From here, select the post stages you'd like to view to create a custom feed!

Use Expanded Post Previews to view your content in detail

Expanded Post Previews enable you, your team, and your clients to view how your content will look when it's published on the respective platform directly within the HeyOrca app. Expanded Previews also enable you to scroll through multi image posts to view your media.

To open up an Expanded Preview, click into the post you want to view.

Once opened, you'll be able to see how the content will appear on the platform it's scheduled for.

For example here's how a TikTok post would look:

Expanded post previews enable your team and clients to easily view your content on the go, and see exactly how it'll appear once published based on how it'll look on the designated platform. With Expanded Previews, you'll have a clearer picture of how your content will look when published and make any required changes.
