Using filters in your Media Library

Learn how to view types of media and used and unused media in your library using the media selection filters

Updated yesterday

By filtering your media in your Media Library, you can quickly identify the assets used for social media and types of media to streamline your content creation process.

Using Media Library Filters

  1. Open the Media Library.

  2. At the top of the page, click the Filters button to open the Media Filters menu.

  3. You can filter your content by:

    1. File Type: Images, GIFs, Video or PDF

    2. File Selection: Used or Unused

      1. Used media: view content that has already been used in a post on your HeyOrca calendar. Used media will display a Used tag in the bottom-right corner of the media card.

      2. Unused media: view content that has not yet been used
