Updated over a week ago

Easily filter used and unused media in your library using the media library filters!

With the filter by used and unused media update you can quickly identify the assets you haven’t used for social media and streamline your content creation process. With this new feature, you’ll be able to take back your day and focus on creating engaging content that resonates with your audience

How to Use Media Library Filters

To turn on a media library filter, navigate to the top of the page to locate and click on the filters button.

Once selected, a drop down menu will open up where you can select the filter you’d like to apply. To select the used / unused media filter, select the 'media selection' dropdown menu.

From there, you can choose to filter by used media to see which content has already been used on a post in your HeyOrca calendar, or select unused media to see which media has not yet.

Used media are identified by the ‘used’ tag located towards the bottom right of the media card.

To clear your applied filters and revert your library to the default view, select the ‘clear all filters' button located at the top of the page.

Pro Tip: Use the media type filter located above the media selection filters to filter by images, videos and GIFs!
