Cross Channel Reports show the following data for your selected accounts:
Cross Channel Impressions
Compare impressions metric across your selected Facebook, Instagram and Linkedin accounts.
Cross Channel Engagements
Compare engagements metric across your selected Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter accounts.
Cross Channel Audience Growth
Compare audience growth metric across your selected Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter accounts.
Top Performing Cross Channel Posts
View your best and worst performing posts and sort by various metrics!
Here’s how to access and generate your Cross Channel Reports in HeyOrca:
Step 1: From the grey navigation bar while on your calendar view, click Reports:
Step 2: Click Cross Channel Reports from the left side menu, or from the reports dashboard:
Step 3: Generate Your Report
Your reports should automatically start generating for a 7 day period. To view a different date range, use the date range selector! Cross Channel reports include your main Facebook Page, Instagram Business, Twitter, and LinkedIn Company accounts. You can select which accounts to report on by clicking the account selector tool to the left of the date range selector:
You can select up to 5 accounts at once!
Like everything else in HeyOrca, Cross Channel reports are shareable! You can export the report as a PDF or Excel Friendly Document.

Click on any of the metric tool tip icons to open up the reports info panel!
The reports info panel shares exactly how your metrics are calculated and any additional relevant information related to that specific metric.
