Need to pause or cancel your HeyOrca subscription? We’re sad to see you go, but here’s how to do that if the need arises.
Step 1: Confirm your subscription billing date.
This can be found in your most recent invoice which our system will send to your team's billing contact. If you are an Account/Organization Owner, you will also be able to view your recent Invoices in the Payment Settings.
Step 2: Reach out to the Customer Care team to let us know that you'd like to cancel.
Email us at email@example.com, or contact us by using the chat feature in your HeyOrca account to let us know that you’re planning to cancel. From there, you can tell us why you were looking to cancel your account or any other details that you’d need before cancelling.
*We request that you submit your request to cancel before your next billing date so that our team can confirm your request.
Once our team has been informed, we will let you know once your cancellation is processed, as well as the remaining time left on your account so that you can export any data that you may need from your calendars.
If you ever need to re-access your account, you can reach out to our team and we'd be happy to help you reactivate your account!
