Need to cancel or pause your subscription to HeyOrca? We’re sad to see you go, but here’s how to do that if the need arises.
Step 1: Confirm your subscription billing date. This can be found in your invoice that is sent to you every month (if you are our main contact for the account), or in the payment settings (if you are the account owner in HeyOrca). We kindly request that you ask to cancel before your upcoming billing date that is shown when the payment is subtracted from your credit card on file.
Step 2: Reach out to the Support Team. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, or by using the chat feature in your HeyOrca account to let us know that you’re planning to cancel. From there, you can tell us about why you were looking to cancel your account, or any other details that you’d need before cancelling.
Once our team has been informed, we will let you know once your cancellation is processed, as well as the remaining time left on your account so that you can export any data that you may need from your calendars.
