With just a few clicks, you can generate links to specific posts or share an entire calendar, making it easy for teammates or clients to review content, give feedback, or stay in the loop.
Create a shareable link to share specific posts
Send a shareable link to your team and clients for easy content review and approvals. Shareable links are helpful for when you want to:
Get feedback or approval on a specific set of posts
Share content for a single campaign, week, or launch
Send posts to a client without giving access to your full workspace
Control exactly what content is visible
To create a shareable link:
In your Calendar, select the posts you want to share by using the checkboxes to the left of the post.
Click the Share button at the top right of your Calendar window.
Copy the generated link by clicking Copy Link.
Paste the link and send to recipients.
You can copy the generated link by pressing Copy Link!
When creating a shareable link, you can also select specific date ranges, posts, and pre-approved content.
Create a universal link to share an entire calendar
The universal link is best for ongoing access to all content in a workspace as it updates automatically as new posts are added or changes are made.
Use the universal link when you want to:
Give clients or teammates continuous access to a workspace
Share content at all stages, including drafts
Avoid re-sending links as new posts are added
Let stakeholders check in whenever they like without extra steps
To share the universal link:
Open your workspace settings.
Copy the Universal link at the top of the page, next to your profile photo and under your timezone.
3. Send it to your client or team for ongoing access.
You can also access the universal link from your calendar by clicking Share with no posts selected.
Select a date range
Use date range selection to quickly share a full week or month of content.
To share a date range:
Click Select Dates button from the top bar menu
Select desired date range
4. Click the blue Share button.
5. Copy the link and send it to your client or team.
💡Tip: Use Filters to view only posts from a specific social network or tag on your calendar and then select the date range to share!
Select specific posts
If you only need to share certain posts, you can select them individually.
To select specific posts:
Check the box next to each post you want to include.
Optional: In Month View, check the box at the top-left of a date to select all posts for that day.
Click the blue Share button.
Copy the link and send it to your client or team.
Shared posts display in the same calendar view you’re using (Day or Month).
💡Tip: If you want to check out how this link will link will look for your clients, open the link in an incognito window!
Send content as pre-approved
Not every client needs to approve every post. If the review is more of a “nice-to-have,” you can send content as pre-approved.
With pre-approved sharing:
Posts will publish as scheduled
Clients can still reject posts they don’t like
You avoid delays caused by missed approvals
If you need to draw attention to specific posts, you can:
Add a post tag (e.g. the client’s name or “Please Review”)
@mention the client in the post comments
This keeps feedback focused while keeping your workflow moving.
