Post tags make your content filterable. Add tags to your posts to categorize, communicate, and organize your content with just a few clicks.
Why use Post Tags?
Post tags exist to help you:
Filter your Calendar view.
Want to see only your "Product Marketing" posts? Filter by that tag to pull them all up at once.
Filter your channel reports.
If you have the Reporting feature (available on the Pro tier and as an Add-On for Basic), add post tags to filter content by tag in the Post Performance section of your channel reports.
đ FYI: Post Tag filtering is not currently available for Custom Reports.
Here are a few ways top-performing teams use Post Tags in HeyOrca:
Add the task ID from a project management tool, like Asana or Trello, so your team can quickly find the content they're working on
Tag posts with a team member's name so they can filter their calendar view to see only their assigned content
Label posts by department or agency branch if different teams handle different types of content
Group posts by content bucket, topic, campaign or category
Try one of these ideas, or create tags specific to your workflow.
