As the organization owner, you can manage notification settings for your team and clients. This ensures that users receive only notifications relevant to them, reducing unnecessary alerts and improving efficiency!
In this article, we’ll guide you through the process of how to view and manage these notifications for all calendars, or tailor the notifications per calendar.
How to Manage Notifications
Access Organization Settings
Click your name in the bottom-left corner of HeyOrca.
Select Organization Settings to view and manage all internal and external users.
Select a User
Find the user whose notifications you want to manage.
Click the settings/gear icon next to their name.
Adjust Notification Preferences
Open the Notifications tab to see the calendars the user has access to.
To update notifications for all calendars, go to the All Calendars tab - changes here apply to every calendar for this user.
To customize notifications for a specific calendar, click on the calendar name and adjust the settings as needed.
