As the organization owner, you can manage notification settings for your team and clients. This ensures that users receive only notifications relevant to them, reducing unnecessary alerts and improving efficiency!

In this article, we’ll guide you through the process of how to view and manage these notifications for all workspaces (previously calendars), or tailor the notifications per workspace.

How to manage notifications

To begin, click your name in the bottom-left corner of HeyOrca and select Organization Settings.

To locate to the user you'd like to manage notifications for, you can filter your users by All, Internal, External, and Pending requests.

Or, you can use the search bar to locate a user by name or email address!

Once you've located the user whose notifications you want to manage, click the settings/gear icon next to their name.

From here, you'll select the Notifications tab. If you're looking to manage notifications for All workspaces, this will appear at the top and adjust the notifications for all of the workspaces this user is a apart of.

Or, to customize notifications for a specific workspace, click on the workspace name and adjust the settings as needed!

How to disable notifications

If you'd like to to turn notifications off for a user or client, you can do this for all workspaces, or for a specific workspace by using the toggle next to the workspace name.
