What is HeyOrca's Draft Visibility Feature?

Draft Visibility enables owners and internal admins to control what draft content shows up on shared calendars and shared links.

The toggle to hide draft content can be controlled on the calendar level, or per post. Turn on the toggle to hide in progress draft content from the calendar view as well as shareable and universal links.

Draft Visibility settings are only available for owners and internal admins. Internal copywriters can change the setting from draft to awaiting approval on the post, which will make it visible to external users.

Manage Draft Visibility Settings in HeyOrca

There are two ways to enable Draft Visibility settings, from the calendar settings and when drafting a post.

manage Draft Visibility calendar wide

To enable and disable your Draft Visibility settings per calendar, head over to your Calendar Settings page and then to the Post Permissions tab.

From here, select the toggle to hide or display draft posts for external users on the calendar and with shared links.

manage Draft Visibility in individual social media posts

To hide single social media draft posts (rather than an entire calendar), toggle your Draft Visibility on your post creation screen. Toggle right to hide your content. Once a post is hidden, it won't become available to external users until the post out of draft mode or the toggle is turned off.
