Approval reminders help notify you and your clients when content is getting close to its scheduled due date and still needs to be approved for publishing.

You can have an email reminder sent to any of your team members or clients by going to your Team Settings and following these steps:

Step 1

On your team settings page - click on the Reminders tab and click the toggle for Approval Reminders:

Step 2

From the dropdown menu, select how far in advance you’d like to be notified that a post needs to be approved:

Step 3

Click the checkbox beside the name of each person you’d like to receive a reminder email:


An email will automatically be sent out to each person selected. It will have a link to the posts that need to be approved and will look similar to this:
