Your HeyOrca organization settings is a great place to keep your internal team and workspaces/calendars organized.
You can invite new users, approve requests for users to join new workspaces, and manage access and notifications on behalf of other users.
How to get there
To view this, hover over your name and profile picture in the bottom left corner of HeyOrca. Then, click Organization Settings.
From here, you will see a list of your internal members and options for each user.
The crown symbol represents the organization owner(s) - they are the only users who have the ability to manage the account subscription and view previous payments/receipts.
Add an internal user
In the Organization Settings, you can add internal users, and manage both internal and external users.
To add a new internal user, click the blue Add internal user button on the right of the page. Once an internal user is added, they will receive an invite on their end. After they've set up their account, you will be able to assign them to multiple workspaces within your organization here.
To edit the workspace access of any user, click the gear icon.
Delete a user
If you'd like to delete a user, click the trash icon to the right of the gear icon.
If you delete a user from HeyOrca, their current approvals and comments will still remain on posts.
Manage requests
To monitor requests made to join workspaces that you manage, click the Pending requests tab on the top:
Once in your requests section, you can either approve or reject requests made by other users to join workspaces that you own.
You can request access to other workspaces in your organization in your dashboard!
You can also turn on Calendar Visibility, which will allow other internal members on your organization to see all other workspaces created in your organization's account.
Set another user as an Organization Owner
These users have full access to and control over the account, all workspaces, and the users in it.
Note: We recommend setting up at least 2 organization owners on your account, or potentially setting up a team email as a user and Organization Owner.
How to set another user as an Organization Owner:
Head to the organization settings
Locate the user you'd like to set as an organization owner
Click the gear icon next to their name
In the pop-up, enable the toggle next to Organization Owner
You will see a pink crown appear next to their name, and they are now an Organization Owner.
If you're expecting any upcoming changes to your team access, we recommend assigning this Owner access to anyone you want to set as a trusted secondary contact, as our Customer Care team will refer to an Organization Owner for confirmation on account requests and changes.
Note: If you'd like to update the billing contact for your account or the email that receives invoices, please reach out to our Customer Care team.
