At the top of your calendar, you’ll see profile images of users who are currently viewing the same calendar.
Click a profile image bubble to:
View a full list of active users
See each user’s role
Invite new users to the calendar
See who is viewing or editing a post
When you open a post, Real-Time Presence shows:
If another user is viewing the same post
If another user is actively editing it
If someone is editing on their device, you’ll see a real-time indicator letting you know that they're editing the post. Any edits made will generate on your side when they have navigated out of the text box.
