From your calendar's top navigation bar, you'll see profile images of the users who are currently active and viewing the calendar with you!

To view more information, click the users to open a full list of online users and view their role! You can also invite new users to your calendar from this screen.

When working on a post, Real-Time Presence shows you if other users are viewing the same post:

And, to prevent overlapping edits, a real-time indicator will display if another user is actively editing a post. This helps avoid accidental overwrites, ensuring your work remains intact!
