The Referral Program is exclusive to paying HeyOrca users. So long as you have access as an internal user to HeyOrca (defined as an Admin, Copywriter, or Stakeholder), you'll be able to access the Referral Program

Yes! All HeyOrca plans come with the Referral Program as a feature.

There are perks for both you and the new customer. The referred customer will get 50% off their first month. And you'll learn up to $100 USD (paid in monthly instalments).

You can make up to $100 USD total per referral, sent through PayPal. After a referral has been made, you'll receive 50% of the new customer's pre-tax monthly fee until you've received $100 USD total.

If your referred customer decides to leave HeyOrca before you receive the full $100 USD, your payments will end.

Log in to HeyOrca, click your profile picture in the bottom left corner, and select Referral Program. Your unique invite link will pop up in the centre of the screen, ready to be copied and shared with your network.

HeyOrca uses a third-party software called Cello to track and pay your referral fees.

Everyone who takes part in HeyOrca's Referral Program will have a unique invite link. This link will never change or expire, meaning you can share it far and wide without needing to update it down the line.

The link tracks sign ups through a cookie. When someone interacts with your unique sign up link, a cookie will be stored on their web browser for a 90-day window. That means that even if the referred customer doesn't go through your unique link when they finally convert to HeyOrca, you'll still be credited with the conversion so long as they use the browser with your cookie.

You'll receive each payment instalment within 5-10 business of your referral making a payment. For example, if your referral made their first payment to HeyOrca on May 1, you can expect your first payment instalment by May 15. If your referral's next payment is June 1, you can expect your next payment instalment by June 14.

If your referred customer decides to leave HeyOrca before you receive the full $100 USD, your payments will end. If your referred customer changes their plan, you'll also see a change in the size of your instalment. (If they move to a smaller plan, you'll see a small instalment, and if they move to a larger plan, you'll see a larger instalment.)

HeyOrca's Referral Program uses PayPal or Venmo to make payments.

Access the Referral Program widget, click on the Rewards tab, and click Add your payment details. Fill out your name, address, and payment details. Please ensure that the email you use is associated your PayPal account. Once completed, payments should automatically be added to your PayPal account once the payment has been made.

Currently, Venmo is only available to users in the United States. Access the Referral Program widget, click the Rewards tab, and click Add your payment details. After selecting your country, select Venmo in the Payout Method.

Fill out your name, address, and payment details. Please ensure your email or phone number is associated with your Venmo account. Once completed, payments should automatically be added to your Venmo account once the payment has been made.

HeyOrca's Referral Program is user-based, meaning any referrals made through your unique link will be sent to your personal PayPal account.
