Manage Users and Workspaces in Organization Settings

Add/manage new users, approve workspace requests, and edit notifications for other users.

Updated yesterday

Your HeyOrca organization settings is a great place to keep your internal team and workspaces organized. You can invite new users, approve requests for users to join new workspaces, and manage access and notifications on behalf of other users.

How to get there

To view this, hover over your name and profile picture in the bottom left corner of HeyOrca. Then, click Organization Settings.

From here, you will see a list of your internal members and options for each user.

The crown symbol represents the organization owner(s) - they are the only users who have the ability to manage the account subscription and view previous payments/receipts.

Add an internal user

In the Organization Settings, you can add internal users, and manage both internal and external users.

To add a new internal user, click the blue Add internal user button on the right of the page. Once an internal user is added, they will receive an invite on their end. After they've set up their account, you will be able to assign them to multiple workspaces within your organization here.

To edit the workspace access of any user, click the gear icon.

Delete a user

If you'd like to delete a user, click the trash icon to the right of the gear icon.

If you delete a user from HeyOrca, their current approvals and comments will still remain on posts.

Manage workspace requests

To monitor requests made to join workspaces that you manage, click the Pending requests tab on the top:

Once in your requests section, you can either approve or reject requests made by other users to join workspaces that you own.

You can request access to other workspaces in your organization in your dashboard!

You can also turn on Calendar Visibility, which will allow other internal members on your organization to see all workspaces created on your account.
