Each of your client calendars in HeyOrca will have its very own media library.
Any image, video, or GIF that you upload to a post will automatically appear in that client calendar’s media library.
And You can upload media files directly into a library to store until you want to use them.
Go to a calendar’s media library by selecting a calendar and clicking the Library button on the navigation bar and selecting ‘Media’
Once you’re on the library page, you can upload images, videos, and GIFs by clicking the “Upload Media” button in the top-right corner:
From here you can easily access media assets that are already stored in Google Drive, Dropbox, Box, Instagram, etc... as well as manually uploading files from your computer.
Once your media assets are stored in your library, you can filter them by file type and search based on the name, tag, and description of a file:
