If you’re using HeyOrca and it’s running slower than usual for you, don’t panic! Here are some suggestions to try that could help you get back up to speed!

1. Check what’s running in your device’s background.

Do you have a lot of open and running programs that aren’t all being used? We’d suggest closing out of as many of these idle programs as possible so that your device can run at the highest capacity and allow your browser to run efficiently.

2. Do you have any browser extensions installed?

Browser extensions are great for saving time, but a lot of them running at once can slow down your browser and use up it’s processing resources. If you’re seeing HeyOrca running slower, try closing or removing some extensions.

3. Is your internet connection running slower than usual?

If this is the case, you may need to contact your service provider if you're seeing an overall decrease in all internet based applications.

4. Is your hardware up to date?

HeyOrca may run slower depending on the device you are using. If you feel that your hardware may be causing slower processing, you may need to try it on another device.
