Learn how to view and export your TikTok reports in HeyOrca!

Want to see how your TikTok profile and content has been performing? Now you can with HeyOrca's TiKTok Reports! TikTok reporting is available on HeyOrca Pro plans along with our Standard Social Media Reports, Competitor Reports and Cross Channel Reports.

What metrics can I view in my TikTok reports?

Your report is broken down into the Profile Overview section, the Post Performance Overview and your Top Performing Posts section. Each section allows you to view the following information:

Profile Overview

  • Post Views

  • Engagement Rate

  • Total Engagement

  • Change in Followers

  • Net Follower Graph

  • Profile Engagement Graph

  • Post Views

  • Profile View

Post Performance Overview

  • Post Engagement

  • Reach

  • Views

  • Post Engagement graph

  • Post Views graph

Top Performing Posts

  • Sort your content using various key metrics

Generate Your TikTok Reports

Step 1: Connect a TikTok Account

To view your TikTok reports, you'll need to have a TikTok account connected as a Business Account within HeyOrca. That means both Business and Personal Accounts can be used, as long as the Business Option is selected when authorizing your account within HeyOrca!

If your account is already connected as a Personal Account, you can press Reauthorize to connect it as a Business Account!

Step 2: Visit the Reports section

To generate a report, head over to the reports page located on your left side panel. From here, select TikTok Profiles from the list of reports.

To view reports for a different TikTok account, you can select your desired account from the drop down menu!

Step 3: Generate your report

Your TikTok report will generate based on the last 30 days of data by default. Adjust the report date range on the top right using the available options, or by choosing a custom date range.

TikTok Date Range Comparisons

TikTok reports, along with our other Pro reports also allow you to compare date ranges!

Your selected date range will be compared with the previous range of that same duration. For example, selecting Jan 01 - 31st will compare your date with your metrics from December 01 - 31st.

With your desired date range selected, hit the Compare button located on the date selector menu.

You'll be able to view the overall change for each supported metric within the graph.

With the comparison reports, you can quickly compare your performance with your selected date range and view the overall result.

Exporting Your Reports

To export your report in either PDF or XLS format, head over to the top right Share button.

From the drop down, you can choose to download your report in one of the supported formats.

View Details in the Info Panel

To view more information about the metric you're interested in, select the (i) icon to open up the Info Panel.

The Info Panel provides more information around how your metrics are gathered, calculated and displayed within your reports!
