HeyOrca currently supports 3* roles for both Internal and External Members, with different permissions.
There is one major difference between Internal and External Members:
- Internal Members can be assigned to multiple teams.
- External Members are confined to whichever team they are assigned to.
HeyOrca Team Roles
The Owner of a client team has all of the same permissions as an Admin, AND also has the ability to delete that team.
Once added to a team, External Stakeholders do not receive any email alert or notification of any kind. They don’t have a login or password and are now ready to review content at any time when it is shared with them using HeyOrca’s shareable link.
